Routes for families
Are you traveling with your family and want to do a little sport? Then a short bike tour through our beautiful region is just the right thing for you! A trip around the Faaker See is ideal for a short trip. In an hour you drive along the lake shore, through forests and meadows and get to know the surrounding area. If you are in the mood for a longer tour, you can explore some sections of the 366 km long Drau Cycle Path, which leads from southern Italy to Slovenia.
Mountainbike Trails
The Villach – Faaker See – Ossiacher See region leaves nothing to be desired for true cycling enthusiasts. A few trails with different levels of difficulty and challenges have therefore been specially created for those who are hungry for adventure. Among other things, you can work on your technique at the MTB Skill Center “areaone” or put your skills to the test on one of the numerous other trails. Fun and adventure are guaranteed!
Racing bike Routes
But not only families and mountain bikers get their money’s worth in our area. Different routes are also available for racing cyclists. Enjoy our region on a 2.5-hour tour to the Finkenstein Castle Arena. The three-country tour or the route from Lake Faaker See to Dobratsch offer you lasting impressions of our beautiful landscape.
